By accessing or using the Mega Email Verifier platform ("Service"), operated by mediaXtreme LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Mega Email Verifier provides email list verification, email campaign sending tools, and related VPS hosting and installation services. The platform is provided as self-hosted software licensed to the purchaser.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Mega Email Verifier software on a single server instance. You may not:
VPS hosting and expert installation services are provided on a per-order basis. Delivery times are estimated and may vary. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to complete installation within the timeframe communicated during the ordering process.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
You must not use the Service to send unsolicited commercial email ("spam"), phishing messages, malware, or any content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are as quoted at the time of order. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy below.
Software license fees are non-refundable once the license key has been delivered and activated. VPS hosting fees are non-refundable after the server has been provisioned. Installation service fees may be refunded if the installation has not yet commenced.
The Mega Email Verifier software, including all code, designs, documentation, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of mediaXtreme LLC. Your license does not convey any ownership rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mediaXtreme LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the software is immediately revoked.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
